She guided/encouraged us as first time home buyers through the process and never gave up on finding us the right place even when we were about to with the crazy market and some unfortunate life events going on. She’ll set up showings in the blink of an eye and realistically talk about the pro’s and con’s of each home you consider.

Sarina was great to work with! We had a realtor prior that we did not see eye to eye with and she made sure to be by our side every step of the way. She showed us any house we wanted to see and we shopped around for a long time to find a home that fit our needs. When we found the home we wanted, she made sure to make an offer for us that the seller couldn’t refuse! There were 13 offers on our house and we got the house! Sarina and her husband also personally took all the paint and stain that was left behind by the sellers. I know I can ask her any question and she will try her best to help! Her communication was key, which we didn’t have in our realtor prior. Lastly, we were taking a break for looking at homes and she happened to send over 3 great options and that’s when we needed to see the house we are in now. If it wasn’t for Sarina, we would still be renting.

From start to finish Kevin was great to work with. We knew we wanted to work with someone young and who had newer knowledge of the real estate market. We also just wanted to give someone newer to the business a try to help them expand their portfolio. Kevin exceeded our expectations.
